Your agent ensures a regular follow-up to keep you informed of theprogress of your file and performs a pre-selection of applications based on objective basic criteria :

  • Income/expenses ratio of the household
  • Agreement between the composition of the household and the characteristics of the property (number of bedrooms, area)

This pre-selection is presented to you by the manager of your file who assists you in the comparative analysis of the profiles to enable you to make the final choice of your tenant.

Drafting and signing the rental agreement

Once your tenant choice is made, our legal team ensures the drafting and signing of the rental agreement :

  • Determining the rental conditions such as the duration of the lease, the notice and extension conditions, …
  • Receiving the signing of the parties in person or remotely
  • Scheduling the property description upon entry according to the chosen method (between parties or via an external expert)

  • Payment of the rent and costs of the first month
